I’ve finished reading Andy Andrew’s new book, “The Noticer”. The premise of the book is ‘perspective’, when things seem like they can’t get any worse in the characters lives, Jones shows up. Jones is a man of undetermined age, with an undetermined background who definitely has a determined perspective. He teaches the characters about the perspective they lack in their lives.

A little bit of perspective, especially in the darkest of times, can make the difference between turning the darkness into light or just letting the darkness take over. Young and old, rich and poor — Jones has been noticing those in need of perspective and dispensing his pearls of wisdom longer than anyone can apparently remember. More
